The numbers behind every game
LineScout is a sports data and analytics platform. We bring live scores, league data, and the numbers behind every matchup into one fast, clean place — for fans who want more than just the final score.
What LineScout does today
Right now, LineScout is built around two things it does well:
- Live scores across every major league — the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, college football and basketball, and major soccer leagues — free, fast, and with no account required.
- The market behind the game — for fans who follow the betting side, we surface opening lines, real-time line movement, and multi-book odds comparison on every game.
Scores are the core; the odds and line data are one layer on top — useful if you want it, easy to ignore if you don't.
Where we're headed
We're building LineScout into a comprehensive sports reference — a single place to look something up, not just check tonight's score. On the roadmap:
- Standings and league tables — current and historical, across every league we cover.
- Historical results and game archives — searchable game-by-game records, not just today's slate.
- League and competition history — champions, seasons, and how each competition has unfolded over time.
- Team and player records — the stats and milestones that put a game in context.
The goal: one place where you can check a live score, look up a team's all-time record, trace a league's history, and — if you want it — see the betting market on tonight's games, without bouncing between five different sites.
How it works
LineScout pulls live game data continuously throughout the day and snapshots betting lines as they change. Rather than only showing the current state, we keep history — so a score, a standing, or a line's path over time is visible, not just the latest number. Data is sourced from established sports-data providers.
A note on the betting features
Because odds and line movement are part of what we offer, one thing is worth being clear about: LineScout is not a sportsbook. We don't accept wagers, hold funds, or take a cut of any bet — the betting data here is for information and research only. Sports wagering carries real financial risk and is for adults of legal age (21+ in most U.S. jurisdictions). If betting ever stops being fun, our responsible gambling resources include a free, confidential 24/7 helpline.
