1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using LineScout.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

2. What LineScout is

LineScout is an informational and analytics service that provides live sports scores, betting odds, opening lines, line-movement history, and related data and tools. LineScout is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, or settle wagers, we do not hold or transfer funds for betting, and we do not facilitate gambling transactions. All content is provided for research and entertainment purposes only.

3. Not betting advice

Nothing on LineScout constitutes betting, financial, investment, or professional advice. Odds, lines, statistics, and any signals or analytics are informational only. We do not guarantee any outcome, and no information on the Service should be relied upon to predict results. Any betting or wagering decisions you make are made solely at your own risk and are your sole responsibility.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. Sports wagering is restricted to persons of legal age (commonly 21+) in jurisdictions where it is lawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any related betting activity, complies with all laws applicable to you in your location. The Service is not directed to anyone in a jurisdiction where its use would be unlawful.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@linescout.net if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Subscriptions and billing

LineScout offers free features and paid subscription tiers. Where paid plans are offered, the following apply:

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our third-party payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service; (b) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our data without permission; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by LineScout and protected by intellectual property laws. Sports data and odds are sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-party data and links

The Service relies on data from third-party providers and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party data or sites. Odds and scores may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that odds, scores, or any data are correct, current, or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineScout and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from betting or wagering decisions, reliance on the Service, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

13. Governing law
